Yes, finally someone is holding these people accountable for their actions. If you didn’t know already, Tony Parker happened to be injured that night in the club where Drake and Chris Brown popped bottles [and by popped I mean threw]. CLICK HERE FOR A RECAP OF THAT STORY. Okay, so allegedly Tony Parker was in the club and a bottle or piece of glass hit him in his eye, possibly ruining his chances at playing in the 2012 Olympics. Allegations state Parker could suffer a scratched cornea and be very, very endangered. So, he is suing the club for $20 million.

The suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday. It says the W.i.P club in SoHo and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place.

Chris Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard were among eight injured during the fight inside the club last week. Police say members of Drake’s entourage stopped Brown as he was leaving. The fight escalated and bottles were thrown.

Parker would be suing “reportedly a club-running dude named Barry Mullineaux and the artists’ group Collective Hardware” [Yahoo! News]. Petty? No. Yes, Tony Parker is a millionaire but the opportunity to play in the Olympics comes once every four years. The fact that he may not be able to play in it is heart breaking and someone has to pay for it.
